MNS series low voltage withdrawable switchboard is improved and developed by our company referring to MNS series switchboard of Swiss ABB, is one of advanced low voltage draw-out switchboard, This product consists of standardized modules. furthermore each withdrawable unit has reliable mechanical interlock device, make it more safe and reliable during operating.
This series of switchboard is suitable for operating in the 3-P, 5-W power distribution system of AC 50(60) Hz, rated working voltage 400V,660V, rated current 5000A and below, for power generating plant, substation, mineral enterprises, building or hotel, airport, dock, broadcast TV center and etc, used for power generation, transmission and distribution, transfer electric energy and the control of electric consumers, moreover capacitor bank can compensate the reactive power for their system.

According to requirement MCC can be assembled into one-side or two-side operated panel, each panel will be separated into three small compartments: main busbar compartment, apparatus compartment and cable compartment. Safety protection system.
Each switchboard has one piece of flameproof high density Polyurethane plastic plate or galvanized separate plate to be installed between main busbar compartment and apparatus compartment, used to isolate the electric arc resulted from fault of components or the accident caused by fault of busbars short connected.
There will use galvanized metal plate with vent holes to isolate upper and downside withdrawable units, also separate their neighboring circuits.
Various plastic parts used to support the live parts, these plastics parts shall be free of halogen, the leakage withstand up to CTI300 class.
Switchboard inside provides the independent PE earthing system and N neutral conductorpassing through the whole switchgear. each circuit/oop can be earthed or connected to neutral pole closely. The installation of whole busbar system refers to Picture 3. Frame parts jointed by use ofself-tapping screws, with reliable earthing performance.
