NO.1 Laser Cutting Metal Stamping Parts
First, select a laser cutting machine for cutting according to the drawing.
1. It can cut random plane graph, no need to open a new mode.
2. It can make sign etching on the product surface.
3. High cutting precision (tolerance is 0.1mm), the cutting burss is very small.

2. The length and width tolerance are within 20 c.
3. The surface must be no nick, indentation or
shadow.
4. Seamless and straight is required when assembling the module, the position of the hole is consistent.
Front and rear door panels: brushed stainless steel door panels+anti-theft handles and stainless steel locks.
Side panel: equipped with CNC stamped louvers for heat dissipation and ventilation.
Surface: Screen printed yellow hazard warning signs.
This metal battery electrical casing is made of brushed stainless steel plate.
From the right figure, it can be seen that there is one mounting bracket and four adjustable brackets inside the electrical cabinet casing.
You can freely move the position and use screws to fix the bracket to the bracket.
The top of the battery cabinet shell is equipped with a triangular sloping drainage cover plate.
There are heat dissipation holes on both sides to facilitate internal heat dissipation in the cabinet, which is sturdy and practical.

A: We will deliver goods through international freight forwarders such as DHL UPS or federal.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We are direct factory with experienced engineers and employees as well as approximate 4,000 square meters workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions.
Please send us pictures or draftswith dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A: Yes, we will keep them well and not release to the third party without your permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with pictures or videos which show the machining progress.
