KYN28A-12 metal armored draw-out type switchgear
Product Overview
KYN28A-12(Z) indoor metal armored draw-out type switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a complete set of distribution device for the 3~10kV three-phase AC 50Hz single bus or sectioned single bus system. It is mainly used for power transmission in power plants and medium/small sized generators, power distribution in industrial and mining enterprises as well as power receiving and transmission of secondary substation and starting of large sized high voltage motor. It realizes control, protection and monitoring. This switchgear meets DL/T404-91, IEC298 and GB3906 standards. It has interlocking function to prevent pushing of withdrawable circuit breaker under load, erroneous switching of circuit breaker, closing of circuit breaker when the grounding switch is in closed position, entry into energized chamber and erroneous closing of grounding switch under energizing. It can be equipped with VS1 vacuum circuit breaker or ABB VD4 vacuum circuit breaker. It is a distribution device with advantageous performance.
Service environment
Normal working conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit of +40ºC and lower limit of -10ºC;
2. Altitude: 2000m
3.R elative humidity: Daily average RH of no more than 95%
Monthly average RH of no more than 90%
4. Earthquake: intensity of no more than 8
5. The surrounding air shall not be polluted by corrosive or combustible gases or steam.
6. There shall be no severe pollution or frequent vibration; severity design shall meet Class 1 requirements in severe conditions.
Special working conditions .
The company and the user negotiated to reach an agreement on special operating conditions according to GB3906 standard. The customer shall negotiate with the company on every special operating condition ahead of time. For example, the switchgear is installed at an altitude of more than 1000m; the ambient temperature is less than -10ºC.
To prevent condensation, the switchgear is provided with heater which will be put into operation when the switchgear is in standby status or even in normal operation condition.
The heat radiation of the switchgear can be realized by additional ventilation facilities.
Enlarge creepage distance of the insulating pieces properly at high altitude regions.
Use smart temperature controllers to control internal temperature of the switchgear in high and cold regions.
