Product Description
Walls can be used as standalone noise barriers or as part of an enclosure.
Using corner joiners, a right angle can be formed on straight barrier walls to create open acoustic enclosures / shields.
Using acoustic roof panels and access doors, complete enclosures can be made to reduce sound from machinery or isolate staff working in noisy industrial environments.
Where structurally transmitted noise and / or
vibration must be controlled, acoustic enclosures are built upon a floating floor system on vibration isolators.
The isolators used can be tailored to suit individual project requirements.

•Diesel engine generator set, with cost-effective, durable, and high-performance casing to protect employees and communities from the impact of engine radiated noise
•Compressor housing, used for large industrial compressors driven by gas engines and electric motors, for process, power, and gas delivery applications
•The excellent sound insulation function of the personnel rest area in the factory isolates employees from the noisy workshop environment, while the integrated lighting, electrical, and HVAC systems create a comfortable and efficient working environment
•Control rooms and operation forums, where residents are protected from hazardous production areas such as forging and smelting plants. Modular ™ The soundproof panel has a ballistic and fire rated structure, as well as a heavy-duty solid steel casing, providing physical and acoustic protection
•Vehicle and component testing units generate high noise levels and require isolation from engineering and production personnel. IAC acoustic testing units are typically used for product development and production testing applications, such as electronic audio component manufacturing, automotive development and testing, and material destructive stress testing in the healthcare industry
•Reliable sound insulation performance: Products tested in the laboratory have guaranteed sound insulation/absorption performance (non theoretical calculation)
•Reduce sound energy: The absorbing surface minimizes reflected noise and reduces parallel barriers•Corrosion prevention: Equipped with rainproof and rust proof material selection and surface treatment process
•Modular plugin: The surface is flat and can be treated with a wide range of options, resulting in landscape integration
•Structural design: Possess the ability to design steel structures, capable of calculating wind and snow loads
•Rapid organization: composed of prefabricated components, capable of rapid, non welded on-site assembly
For each individual project, it is possible to select a panel design which has the required sound transmission loss and sound absorption ratings.

Testing Report
All Reports can meet the American Standars, the sound testing we did with Intertek
NCC acoustic Panels are multi-purpose, permitting air to flow, whilst shielding the environment from unwanted noise.
Our louvres are available in an array of standard modular sizes, meaning that a wide range of performance requirements can be met. By using our range of acoustic louvres, it overcomes architectural consistency issues, especially where space is limited.
All our packing with Rubber clip board, don't need to do fumigation.
Over the years, NCC has developed into a turnkey supplier of noise control, providing customers with one-stop solutions from concept to completion, including solution consulting, synchronous research and development, construction drawing design, structural design, fluid calculation, air conditioning and electrical system engineering, product manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and testing and acceptance services. With over 70 years of experience in noise control and acoustic engineering, we will provide you with solutions that meet your needs and budget. We look forward to working with you.
